Role Overview
We’re looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, drive sales, and build long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic agency environment and loves converting ideas into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Pitch 3C India’s services (Digital Marketing, Branding, Events, Website Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and close deals with a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or digital agency sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital services, marketing trends, and client challenges.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in selling digital or creative services (e.g., SEO, social media, events).
- Network within startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients in India.
- CRM tools and LinkedIn lead generation expertise.
